Job summary

Diamond Search Recruitment Ltd is helping a care provider recruit a Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring learning disability services. You will lead a hands-on team, ensuring person-centred care, safeguarding, and strong QI outcomes while maintaining CQC readiness.

The role offers progression into registration, a management bonus, and a £5,000 uplift on successful CQC registration, with a supportive structure and development opportunities within an established organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.
• Sound understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to manage safeguarding, staffing and financial responsibilities.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to lead, develop and make a genuine difference within adult social care?We’re working with an established care provider seeking a confident and approachable Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring services supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities. This is a varied, hands‑on management role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your team, strengthen service quality and ensure the people supported enjoy fulfilling, meaningful lives.

The role

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of two neighbouring services.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff teams, including senior colleagues.

What we’re looking for

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Strong experience supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.

• Experience leading teams, maintaining compliance and improving care services.
• Confidence managing safeguarding, staffing and financial responsibilities.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, an equivalent qualification, or eligibility to undertake it.
• A caring, approachable and proactive leadership style.
