Job summary

ionic Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager for a specialist residential children’s service in Greater Manchester. You will lead a multidisciplinary care team, ensure Ofsted compliance, and drive high-quality outcomes for children with additional needs.

You will oversee care planning, safeguarding, staff development and service improvement while building strong relationships with families and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children’s residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of children’s social care legislation and safeguarding practices.
• Relevant Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children.
