Job Title: Registered Manager – Children's Home
Location: Thornton-Cleveleys (FY5)
Salary: Up to £58,000 per year + Loyalty & Ofsted Bonuses
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: N/A (Salaried)
Number of Sleeps Required: As per operational need
Pay Per Sleep: Competitive – discussed at interview
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required: Previous experience managing children's homes, ideally rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding'

Number of Beds: Solo Placement
Location: Thornton-Cleveleys
Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect
Ofsted Rating: Aiming for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’
Ratio of Staff to Children: High due to solo placement
An experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up
You will have a strong background in delivering high-quality care, leadership capabilities, and the resilience to lead a solo service.
