Job summary

Brayson Consulting Ltd seeks a Registered Manager to lead a new Banbury branch spanning domiciliary and live-in care for the elderly and autistic clients. The role requires building a high-performing team, developing a private client base, and marketing the new operation.

You will start remote from home, then establish a Banbury office with support from the owner and team, driving growth and maintaining top care standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding results.
• Preferably experience starting up a branch in the area.
• Proven leadership in Care Management / Leadership in a Domiciliary or Live In setting.
• UK Driver's Licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Complete CQC Registration and start to market and grow networks.
• Ensure safeguarding standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim for Good or higher rating.
• Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients.
• Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery.
• Recruit, grow and retain high-quality staff and deliver training.
• Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care.
• Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits.
• Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support and care calls.

Our client is a respected brand in their area and is needing a new Registered Manager to head up their new branch in Banbury, Oxfordshire. With the full back up of the owner and her team, this branch will be yours to grow to be the top branch in their network. It offers Domiciliary and Live In Care for the elderly and those with Autism.

Based in a Banbury office once successful, the Registered Manager will work from home initially and will play an instrumental part in building the success of the new office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business, building a successful team of your own and developing your private care client base using your marketing and business development skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
