Job summary

Avon Search & Selection is assisting a reputable care provider in Central Hampshire to recruit a Registered Homecare Manager. You’ll lead the service, develop your team and drive high standards of person-centred care.

Ideal candidates are a Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader with Level 5 Diploma (preferred), strong CQC knowledge, safeguarding expertise and a full UK driving licence. Salary £35,000–£40,000 per annum, 37.5 hours, permanent.
