An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Manager with 2 years' experience to join a well-established homecare services provider.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 for a 40-hour work week.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Ofsted registered children's home, leading teams and ensuring consistent, high-quality care.

They are looking for two Registered Managers: one for a dual home and the other for a single home.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Children's Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting in the last 5 years.
3. Knowledge of the needs of children with learning disabilities and complex backgrounds.
4. Understanding of compliance within Ofsted-regulated services.
5. Strong organisational and communication skills.
