Job summary

Westgate Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to lead clinical care for residents in a family-run care environment. You will contribute to a supportive team, focusing on individualised care plans and high clinical standards.

The role requires current NMC registration (RGN/RN) with a valid PIN, and experience in elderly care. Expect development opportunities, a 39-hour week, and pay of £18–£23 per hour with enhanced pay on bank holidays.

• Delivering high-quality nursing care, meeting residents' physical and emotional needs
• Developing and maintaining personalised electronic care plans with residents, families and the wider care team
• Supporting the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures consistently
• Making sure residents have access to medical, social and other care support as needed
• Contributing to clinical governance within the home
• Working in line with CQC guidelines, the NMC Code and relevant legislation at all times

Pay and hours

• £18 - £23 per hour, plus enhanced pay on bank holidays
• 39 hours per week, shifts across Monday-Sunday
• Day shifts 8am-8pm
