Job summary

Westgate Healthcare in Hertfordshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to lead clinical care for residents and drive professional development within a supportive, family-owned team.

You will deliver personalised care, create electronic care plans with families, support the Home Manager, and ensure governance aligned with NMC and CQC standards.

NMC registration is required; DBS check applies; a genuine track record of compassionate nursing and collaboration is essential.

Pay and hours

• £18 - £23 per hour, plus enhanced pay on bank holidays
• 39 hours per week, shifts across Monday–Sunday
• Day shifts 8am–8pm and night shifts 8pm–8am
