Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team in providing high-quality personal and clinical care to residents, working with other nurses to maintain dignity and independence.

You will report to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead and benefit from a comprehensive induction, career development opportunities, DBS paid, and a range of staff perks designed to support wellbeing and progression.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse.
• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
• Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
• Assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

About the role
