This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manager who is confident in maintaining high standards of care and compliance, while also playing an active role in increasing referrals, developing the client base and supporting future service expansion.
Experience in business development, local authority or private referrals, community engagement, service expansion or the establishment of new services would be highly desirable.

Alongside ensuring safe, high-quality and person-centred care, you will oversee staffing, recruitment, care planning, quality assurance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
A key part of the role will be to support the continued growth of Golden Touch Home Care Services. You will be expected to actively develop referral pathways, strengthen relationships within the local community and healthcare sector, increase the client base and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
As the organisation continues to expand, there may also be opportunities to contribute to the development of additional branches and services.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate a successful track record of improving service quality, increasing care hours, generating new referrals or growing an existing domiciliary care client base.
