Job summary

A2B Social Care Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Manager to lead a 3-bed therapeutic EBD home and ensure the highest standards of care for children. You will oversee personalised care plans, staff supervision and training, safeguarding compliance, and working with Ofsted toward a Good or Outstanding rating.

A Level 5/7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years' management experience are required;

Qualifications

• Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children’s Residential or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
• Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework.
• Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child.
• Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance.
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and development.
• Achieve and maintain a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted.
