Purosearch Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for a care home in Stockport. You will support the Home Manager in day-to-day running, ensuring high standards of care, safety and quality for residents.

We value senior care experience, leadership ability and a commitment to person-centred care, with knowledge of CQC regulations. This role offers a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum and opportunities for development within a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in residential or nursing care settings.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Organisation, professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work toward a relevant health and social care qualification.

Responsabilités

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home.
• Lead, motivate and support the care team.
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care at all times.
• Assist with staff supervision, recruitment, training and development.
• Support with compliance and maintaining excellent standards per CQC requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Step up to manage the home in the Home Manager's absence.
