Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager in Stockport to lead a residential home. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care, maintain compliance and manage staff performance, budgets and relationships with residents and families.

The role offers a competitive salary (£45,000 - £55,000) plus benefits and career progression within a supportive leadership team, with a focus on elevating service standards and staff development.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience in a management or deputy management role within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
