Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead our Church Stretton office, a newly established site ready for the next growth phase. You will own care delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance, while building a values-driven culture focused on outstanding, person-centred care.

You will lead a team, drive service development, and strengthen community relations to deliver exceptional care that supports clients to live independently at home. DBS and references checks will apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or management role within health and social care.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and quality standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and CQC framework.
• Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to take on Registered Manager status.
• Hands-on approach with drive to build and improve services.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a leadership or management role within health and social care
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding quality care and making a difference
• Strong understanding of person-centred care, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Willingness to take on Registered Manager status
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the drive to build, lead, and continuously improve
