Job summary

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the Camberley, Farnborough and Fleet office. You will provide patient, relationship-based leadership to care teams while ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred services and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee recruitment, training and supervision, build strong relationships with clients and professionals, and drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding care ratings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and outstanding ratings.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise and retain staff.
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
