About Stratford Lodge

Stratford Lodge is a specialist residential care home supporting young adults aged 19-25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan. The residents have diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, severe learning difficulties, and other needs, with some exhibiting challenging behaviors.

The facility creates personalized plans focused on building life skills, independence, and vocational pathways, supporting each individual to achieve their personal best. The provision caters for 4-6 young adults.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to develop strategic growth and lead the service forward, working closely with the Head of Care. You will manage and support the staff team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

The role requires a Level 5 qualification or willingness to achieve it, experience supporting individuals with Autism and/or learning disabilities, and a proactive, positive approach to change management.

Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, resources, and reporting, as well as conducting night visits and serving as a Senior on Call on a rota basis.
