McCarthy Stone is recruiting a professional and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our Retirement Living Plus development, Kings Place in Fleet, Hampshire.
Salary: £41,628.93 per annum, plus benefits and UNCAPPED performance bonuses (annual and quarterly).
Hours: 38.75 per week (including some weekend work each month).
As a Registered Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the development. You will lead a team to enable residents to live independently and actively, uphold high-quality care standards, ensure safety, coordinate activities, and foster a welcoming environment. As the CQC registration holder, you will support staff in delivering residents' care needs and additional services. Working with sales and rental teams, you will ensure apartments are filled to maintain a vibrant community.
