Recruitment, Training & Workforce Management
  • Advertise, recruit, and onboard care staff in line with business requirements
  • Conduct screening, interviews, pre‑employment checks, and documentation

  • Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and provide structured feedback
  • Support staff development and performance management
Compliance, Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in line with care standards and legislation
  • Produce detailed reports for senior management
  • Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual internal audits of care delivery and compliance
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of care standards, CQC regulations, and legislation
About You
  • Experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager in a domiciliary / home care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, care standards, and compliance requirements
  • Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy operational environment
  • Proactive, professional, and relationship‑focused approach
