Registered Care Manager – Private Domiciliary Care

Salary between £35-£38k, depending on experience and qualifications

Main Duties:

  • Assist in smooth orientation and induction of new Caregivers.
  • Ensure that Supervision and Annual Reviews take place for all staff.
  • Ensure that each client receives personalised care and support appropriate to their individual needs.
  • Implement and maintain adherence to all relevant legislation and regulatory guidelines, including RQIA, NISCC.
  • Ensure all clients have person-centred care plans that reflect their preferences and needs.
  • Lead and monitor risk management processes to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Foster a positive team culture with regular communication and team meetings.
  • Oversee and maintain high standards through effective quality control systems.
  • Build a strong relationship with clients, families, and external professionals.
  • Ensure that Visiting Angels Aims & Objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare management reports and contribute to business growth via local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • RQF/NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent within the sector or currently working towards one.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team in Domiciliary Care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Being Awesome!

We need someone to assist in implementing the existing, successful business plan, whilst working alongside the Business Owner to manage, develop and grow the business in innovative ways.

With experience in leadership and management within the home care sector, we need someone who has demonstrated the ability to consistently improve services in line with RQIA & NISCC’s standards, showing a clear understanding of what quality care looks like.

We believe that too often managers don’t get the chance to manage because they are delivering care. We have a solution to the shortages of care workers which will free you up to be an awesome manager!
