Reference OTRDG070624i. Products: Renal and Stoma Care. Customers: Renal units in Hospitals and Stoma Clinicians. Location: East Midlands, West Midlands. Package: £37k-£40k basic salary (may pay more DOE) plus Bonus, Pension, Car.

The Company:

  • UK-based medical products business with strong growth and margins, designing and distributing prescribed products directly to patients through its own Distribution License (DAC).
  • Organically grown to over £10m revenue in five years, now backed by a UK Private Equity investor aiming for exponential growth.
  • Growth strategies include market penetration, product development via R&D, acquiring IP-rich businesses, and international expansion.

The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:

  • Field-based sales role to grow existing Renal Care business and develop new Stoma Care business.
  • Proactively develop relationships with clinicians and procurement contacts in NHS hospitals and community settings.
  • Identify and win opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the expanding product portfolio.
  • Promote the brand and educate decision-makers and influencers on innovative products impacting Renal and Stoma patients.
  • Autonomous role, working from home, focused on delivering growth.
  • Covering the Midlands – ideally based in Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Stafford, Wolverhampton.
