Job summary

New Way Recruitment LTD seeks an experienced Registered Care Home Manager in Romford to lead a well-established home. The role offers a salary of £70,000–£80,000 per annum and a path to develop high-performing teams while delivering outstanding person-centred care.

The successful candidate will ensure CQC compliance, drive occupancy and financial performance, and maintain excellent regulatory standards with compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing care home.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
• Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, compliance and operational performance.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding leadership and ensure high standards of person-centred care.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Drive occupancy, financial performance and commercial success of the home.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a motivated care team.
• Oversee budgets, staffing and continuous service improvement.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.
