Suppleo Healthcare is seeking a skilled care home manager to run a residential & Nursing home in Cardiff. You will lead from the front, guiding newly qualified staff while ensuring dementia and eldercare standards are met.

The role includes full control of operations, care plan management, auditing, budgeting, and staff recruitment to maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a larger care home and managing teams.
• Budgeting and staffing recruitment experience are desirable.
• Strong leadership to guide junior staff and run a residential & nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Full operational control of the care home, including care plan management, auditing and budgeting.
• Staff recruitment and oversight of systems to ensure quality eldercare and dementia care.

Suppleo Healthcare are currently working with a local care provider and are currently looking for a care home manager to run a residential & Nursing home whom offers support to dementia and eldercare

Are you a Deputy care home manager who has helped run a larger nursing home and are looking for your next step into leadership and management ? My client are looking for someone who can lead from the front guiding newly qualified care staff.

The role
