You will lead a high-performing team, drive occupancy and deliver outstanding, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory standards. The role includes managing budgets and building relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Home Manager / Registered Manager.
• Experience managing a 60+ bed service or a similarly complex care environment.
• Strong background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care.
• Proven record of achieving and maintaining strong inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and budget management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence and resilience to lead from the front.
• A nursing qualification is not essential for an experienced Registered Manager with the right leadership and operational background.

We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational and commercially aware Home Manager to lead a 60+ bed luxury nursing and residential care service, supporting residents across nursing, residential, dementia and specialist care.

The home has an excellent regulatory track record, strong occupancy, a stable workforce and an established reputation within the local community.

Your Role

As Home Manager, you will be the senior leader within the home, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and colleagues.

You will:

The Person We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident and inspirational care leader who understands that luxury care is about far more than meeting regulatory requirements.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager.
• Experience managing a 60+ bed service or a similarly complex care environment.
• A strong background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care.
• A proven record of achieving and maintaining strong inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and budget management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence and resilience to lead from the front.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.

A nursing qualification is not essential for an experienced Registered Manager with the right leadership and operational background.
