Job summary

Suppleo Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager for a medium-sized dementia care home in Cardiff city centre. The role offers around £50k+ benefits and requires an active NMC pin for a leading clinical nurse.

You will lead from the front, guiding newly qualified nurses and care staff to deliver high quality resident care. The successful candidate will oversee care plans, clinical audits, staff recruitment, and will cover the floor and assist management as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior nurse or clinical leader with nursing home management experience.
• Active NMC pin required.
• Ability to lead from the front and mentor junior staff.
• Experience in dementia care and enhancing resident well-being.

Suppleo Healthcare are currently working with a local care provider and are currently looking for a deputy clinical nurse manager (nmc pin active) to help run a nursing home whom offers support to dementia.

Are you a senior nurse or clinical lead who has helped run a nursing home and are looking for your next step into leadership and management as a deputy? My client are looking for someone who can lead from the front guiding newly qualified nurse and care staff.

The role

• Working Monday to Friday supernumary only you will however need to cover the floor as and when needed and step in for management from time to time.
• Care plan management and clinical auditing will be part of your role along side assessments and staff recruitment.
