Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a 60+ bed luxury nursing and residential care service in Cardiff, Wales. You will oversee a high-performing team, drive occupancy and ensure exceptional resident experiences while upholding top regulatory standards.

The role requires a proven track record in managing complex care environments, strong leadership, and commercial acumen. Competitive package includes a base salary of £80,000 plus KPI-related bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Home Manager or Registered Manager.
• Experience managing a 60+ bed service or similar complex care.
• Background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care.
• Proven track record of strong inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness including occupancy and budget management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence and resilience to lead from the front.
• Passion for outstanding resident experiences.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification is preferred.

We are looking for an ambitious, inspirational and commercially aware Home Manager to lead a 60+ bed luxury nursing and residential care service, supporting residents across nursing, residential, dementia and specialist care.

Your Role

As Home Manager, you will be the senior leader within the home, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for residents, families and colleagues.

You will:

The Person We're Looking For

We are looking for a confident and inspirational care leader who understands that luxury care is about far more than meeting regulatory requirements.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager.
• Experience managing a 60+ bed service or a similarly complex care environment.
• A strong background in nursing, residential, dementia or specialist care.
• A proven record of achieving and maintaining strong inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and people-development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and budget management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence and resilience to lead from the front.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident experiences.
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.

A nursing qualification is not essential for an experienced Registered Manager with the right leadership and operational background.
