Greenacre Park is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults with complex and high-acuity needs.

The home supports adults with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities like spinal injuries.

The home has 28 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across two units.

About the role

As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll be the heartbeat of your home, leading by example and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll have significant autonomy to provide person-centered, quality care, ensuring every day is better for residents and staff alike.

This position involves managing multiple factors, including:

1. Quality initiatives and improvements
2. Team leadership and management
3. Recruitment and staff development
4. Referral management and occupancy
5. Data collection, analysis, and interpretation
6. Customer relationships and marketing for business sustainability

You should embody our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. A first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN is required.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of management experience, preferably in a complex care setting. The role suits experienced Deputy Managers seeking career advancement.

• Possesses excellent communication skills to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals
• Can inspire and lead a team effectively
