Greenacre Park is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults with complex and high-acuity needs.
The home supports adults with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities like spinal injuries.
The home has 28 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across two units.

About the role
As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll be the heartbeat of your home, leading by example and driving continuous improvement.
You’ll have significant autonomy to provide person-centered, quality care, ensuring every day is better for residents and staff alike.
