Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Elm View, our luxury 78-bed care home in Bishop's Stortford. You’ll drive high-end, person-centred care while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

You will champion dementia care, sustain excellent CQC ratings, and lead a compassionate team dedicated to dignity, comfort and joy for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards.
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills.
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance.
• Experience with delivery of high end luxury styled care provision management.
• Above all, a compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care.
