Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager for Tye Green Lodge in Harlow. You will lead a 61-bed home, drive quality care, and maintain its Good CQC rating with staff and residents at its heart.

Applicants should have Level 5 in Health & Social Care, strong dementia care knowledge, and proven leadership. The role offers competitive pay, career progression, and a supportive, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards.
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills.
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance.
• Experience with delivery of high end care provision management.
• Compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care.
