Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Performance and Reporting Lead in the South West region to drive data‑driven decision making across major projects. Based in Bristol, Cardiff or the wider South West, you will lead a team, set reporting standards, and partner with delivery and transformation colleagues to improve governance and benefits realization.

You will apply advanced analytics, develop performance strategies, and coach staff while collaborating with NEC contract aware stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance and reporting on complex programmes.
Experience interfacing with other project controls disciplines.
Experience leading performance and reporting teams.
Experience identifying reporting requirements and documenting tools.
Understanding of data, data architecture, and data models.

Responsibilities

Managing and delegating activities of the Performance and Reporting team on complex projects or programmes.
Briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
Developing and maintaining leadership relationships with interfacing disciplines.
Line management activities including career development and performance management.
Continuous improvement in Performance and Reporting processes to create efficiency.
Implementation and roll-out of changes to Performance and Reporting processes.
Analysing data and providing informative data driven reporting with insights.
Providing Subject Matter Expertise to stakeholders and senior management.
Training and coaching clients and team members on processes and practices.
Supporting recruitment activities to grow the project controls capability.
