Severn Trent is hiring a Project Co-Ordinator to support Assistant Programme Managers for Midlands schemes from the Shelton office. You will coordinate end-to-end scheme activity, manage supply chain inputs, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials while maintaining cost accuracy.

The role requires project-management experience, travel across sites in the region, and a UK driving licence. Severn Trent offers strong training, development, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in utilities or water industry preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence required as this role travels to different sites.
• Experience coordinating supply chain requirements and cost planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end scheme coordination, planning and scheduling of resources, equipment and costs.
• Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and fittings; liaise with supply chain for delivery dates.
• Ensure costs are included in the plan and deliveries align with the programme timeline.
• Keep SAP or related systems up to date with delivery and cost figures.
• Assist on-site teams with scope changes and emergency equipment if needed.
• Support documentation, including CDM and legal paperwork, for all schemes.
