Job summary

Severn Trent Water is recruiting a Project Co-Ordinator to support Assistant Programme Managers across the Midlands. You’ll manage end-to-end scheme coordination, planning, and forecasting of resources, equipment, and costs for the pipe renewal programme.

The role involves coordinating plant, materials, and deliveries, maintaining up-to-date cost data, and assisting with CDM and legal documentation. A UK driving license is required for site travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in a role with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience in utilities or water industry is beneficial.
• Full UK driving license required for site visits across a region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end scheme activities including resource planning and cost forecasting.
• Order and coordinate plant, equipment, materials, and fittings; liaise with supply chain for delivery dates.
• Ensure materials and equipment are costed in the plan and arrive on schedule.
• Keep SAP or other systems up to date with delivery and cost figures.
• Provide on-site support for scope changes with emergency equipment/plant/tools if needed.
• Assist Programme Managers with CDM and legal documentation.
