Job summary

E3 Recruitment seeks an Automation Process Improvement Engineer to join a days-based role, Monday to Friday, in the Hinckley/Coalville area. You will use your engineering experience to identify improvements across machinery, equipment, and manufacturing lines while benefiting from a company car and a generous bonus.

The role offers extensive training and career development within an international market leader, with travel across regional sites to implement reliability and maintenance

Qualifications

Experience as Maintenance Engineer in electrical or mechanical fields.
Background in automation and PLC controls.
Ability to troubleshoot & repair manufacturing plant equipment.

Responsibilities

Travel across the region to support group manufacturing sites.
Provide hands-on technical support to drive plant operational improvement.
Support Reliability Centred Maintenance strategy with criticality assessments.
Enhance plant reliability using modern maintenance strategies.
Assist with new process automation initiatives.
