E3recruitment is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join a days-based, Monday–Friday role in the Hinckley/Coalville area. You will use your engineering experience to identify improvements across machinery, equipment and manufacturing lines.

The position offers a company car, training and career development, plus an 18% bonus on top of a £55,000 base salary, with pension support and ongoing professional growth within an international market leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance engineering within industrial manufacturing environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and machinery.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to group sites to provide maintenance support.
• Drive plant operational improvements and reliability-centred maintenance.
• Support process automation initiatives and modern maintenance strategies.
