1. Accountable for providing safe and efficient service delivery for Primary Transport Operations.
2. Meeting and exceeding Customer SLA's.
3. Managing and developing a team of Transport Management, Operators, and support staff, fostering integration throughout DHL Transport Operations.
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What Do We Need From You?

1. Previous experience leading a large-scale Transport Operation is essential; experience within the Drinks Logistics Industry is preferred.
2. Experience working with Trade Unions.
3. Line management experience is essential.
4. Understanding of route planning and distribution networks is essential.
5. Knowledge of transport regulations is essential.
