Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Trainer to design and deliver practical learning solutions across our security operations. You will work with senior leaders to ensure training aligns with contract requirements and operational needs, and you will travel to sites within the region, including overnight stays when required.

The role requires a recognised training qualification (Level 3 AET or CIPD or equivalent), strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate internal

Qualifications

• Recognised training qualification (Level 3 AET or CIPD or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to assimilate large amounts of data.
• Experience in design and delivery of training in a fast-paced environment, preferably in FM/Security.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders to align training activity with contract requirements.
• Create, deliver and maintain contract-specific training materials addressing skills gaps.
• Provide regional training delivery and support within the geographical remit.
• Deliver training courses within the contract's skills matrix for all staff.
• Support Apprenticeship pipeline development and enrolment efforts.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to update on training activity and uptake.
• Coordinate internal and external training resources to meet strategic objectives.
