Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Trainer to design and deliver practical learning and development solutions aligned with contract requirements. You will work with the Court Security Director, Head of Security Operations, and Operations teams to extend skills within the business and ensure compliance.

The role requires travel across the South Wales and South-West England region; overnight stays may be required, with travel/accommodation costs covered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Recognised training qualification (e.g. Level 3 AET or CIPD or equivalent).
• First Aid instructor qualification desirable, not required.
• Enhanced Physical Intervention desirable, not required.
• Experience in learning & development roles; able to design and deliver training in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Foster effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure training is identified, prioritised and compliant.
• Create, deliver and maintain contract-specific training materials addressing skill gaps.
• Provide regional training delivery and support within the remit.
• Deliver training from the "skills matrix" scope for all staff.
• Grow Apprenticeship pipeline and manage enrolment in line with strategy.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to update on training activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to sign off on training content.
