BAXI is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to drive Commercial Boilers and Andrews Water Heaters sales across the Yorkshire region. You’ll build strategic relationships with contractors and merchants, manage the project pipeline, and deliver revenue targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work closely with the Head of Technical Solutions to pursue ASHP opportunities and integrate Hybrid options, supported by strong data analysis and compelling presentations to diverse

Formación

• Extensive experience in a technical/engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and lead generation.
• Experience in senior-level negotiation and resolving conflicts.
• Able to translate data into actionable insight for non-technical audiences.
• Strong numeracy and ability to analyse market trends.
• Knowledge of UK Construction markets and routes to market.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience across multiple market segments and construction applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales for Commercial Boilers and Andrews Water Heaters in the Yorkshire region.
• Increase share and margin while managing multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Head of Technical Solutions for ASHP and Hybrid options.
• Build and manage a project pipeline; deliver budget.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets and maintain reports.
• Develop new customer relationships and nurture existing accounts.
• Ensure health & safety guidelines are followed.
• Provide CAD/BIM objects, technical reports, installation guides.
