Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for the Yorkshire region within the Commercial Product Sales team. You will maximise market share by managing relationships with regional contractors and merchants, driving opportunities in Commercial Boilers, Andrews Water Heaters and ASHP projects, while aligning with company strategies and safety guidelines.

You will develop the sales pipeline, deliver against budgets, and provide technical guidance across CAD/BIM resources,

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical/engineering discipline or a relevant degree.
• Proven sales and lead generation across multiple channels and market segments.
• Experience in senior-level negotiation and dealing with conflict.
• Highly numerate and able to turn data into actionable information.
• Understanding of the market, products and services in the industry.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales for Commercial Boilers and Andrews Water Heaters and all ASHP opportunities via contractor/merchant relationships.
• Recover share and volume for commercial products while mindful of margins.
• Support on ASHP and Hybrid options with the Head of Technical Solutions.
• Build project pipelines and meet KPIs set by management.
• Manage day-to-day activities, reports and communications with customers.
