Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager (Construction/HVAC) based in York, working remotely from Yorkshire/Northeast England with travel across the region. The role focuses on new business development and account management for district heating pipework solutions in commercial settings, with generous commission potential and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with a track record of new business and account management.
• Background in construction, utilities, HVAC, mechanical or building services.
• Experience dealing with contractors and specifiers.
• Previous site experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• New business development and existing account management across Yorkshire and the Northeast.
• Sell district heating pipework solutions to commercial clients.
• Drive sales projects to completion by coordinating with contractors, specifiers and building services consultants.
• Operate as a home-based role covering Yorkshire and the Northeast.
• Support and train contractors on site.
