Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Manager to take ownership of a Hampshire and South West territory, driving sales growth across existing and new customers in electronics and engineering sectors.

You will manage projects from design concept through production, work with engineers and procurement, and travel nationally to develop long-term partnerships and maximise commercial returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related engineering field.
• 2–3 years sales experience in electronics or OEM.
• Experience selling electronic components including capacitors and EMC components.
• Experience in design-led technical sales.
• Able to collaborate with design, engineering and procurement teams.
• Willingness to travel nationally with some international travel.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability in your assigned territory by increasing active projects and customer spend.
• Sell a portfolio of electronic components, focusing on passive components, capacitors and EMC components.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Increase engagement across multiple accounts with several contacts per organisation.
• Manage customer projects from design concept through production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and procurement teams to meet technical and commercial needs.
• Represent the electronic component range across the UK and drive project opportunities.
• Travel nationally with some international travel to support customers.
