Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join the South West Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bristol. You will be the main point of contact for technical issues within the Region, linking design with on-site construction and coordinating with the Central Technical Team to ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator in housebuilding, consultancy or related field.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
• Input and help determine consultant and sub-contractor proposals with Technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as key link between Region and Central Technical Team to prioritise workloads.
• Determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals with Technical team.
• Ensure approvals are obtained and information issued for prompt site starts.
• Make decisions on technical matters at Area and Regional levels.
