Job summary

Miller Homes Limited is seeking a Technical Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the South West region, based near Bristol. You will act as the main link between design and on-site construction, coordinating technical issues and ensuring timely, cost-effective resolutions.

The role requires experience as a Technical Coordinator in construction, knowledge of Building Regulations/NHBC standards, and a qualification at HND/HNC or degree level. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator in construction or related field.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
• Qualified to HND/HNC or degree level or professional membership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main link for Technical issues within the Region and liaise with Central Technical Team.
• Help determine and manage consultant and sub-contractor proposals with the Technical team.
• Obtain approvals and issue information to enable a prompt start on site.
• Make decisions on Technical matters at Area/Regional level.
