Job summary

Conex Bänninger is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Manager for Southeast London to drive the sales strategy, achieve budget targets, and grow market share through new product introductions.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with consulting engineers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders, while actively engaging on social media, following up leads, and delivering compelling technical presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires proven selling ability with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience in construction market sectors such as building services, plumbing or HVAC is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and occasional nights away from home.

Responsibilities

• Implement the agreed company sales strategy and meet budget targets, including market share targets and new product introductions.
• Be an active participant in social media channels, developing content and responding to posts in line with company guidelines.
• Build long term relationships and plans with engineers, architects, contractors, and other authorities, leveraging social media.
• Follow up leads from project databases and gain entries in listings.
• Build the project pipeline and follow through tenders to completion.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, including online formats.
