Job summary

Altra Running is seeking a Technical Representative to be the face of the brand in the North of England and West of Scotland, focusing on retail partners, training, events and community engagement. You will build relationships with retailers, medical professionals and local running communities to drive awareness and sales.

The role requires travel, strong product knowledge, and the ability to train staff and represent Altra at trade shows and store openings.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation.
• Strong knowledge of running footwear and brands.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product training to retail staff in-store and outdoors.
• Act as regional product expert and liaison between Altra, sales reps and retailers.
• Build strong retailer relationships and support store teams.
• Ensure high-quality in-store presentation and POS execution.
• Represent Altra at trade shows, store openings and events.
• Engage with medical professionals and community ambassadors; lead local activations.
