Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a Talent & Capability Partner to drive talent development across our restaurant network. The role focuses on succession planning, leadership capability, and progression for our teams, with regular travel across the region.

You will collaborate with Regional Directors, Operations Managers and the People Team to ensure strong leadership pipelines and right people in place to support growth. This is a field-based role with active restaurant engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent capability operational role, ideally within QSR or hospitality.
• Experience identifying and developing talent, building succession plans and supporting internal progression.
• Strong understanding of what great operational leadership looks like and how to develop it.
• Experience supporting people matters, including performance management and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of learning and development, management training and recruitment processes.
• Someone who can build great relationships with operational leaders, influence decisions and confidently challenge when needed.
• A hands-on, proactive approach and ability to work in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Spot and develop high-potential talent across our restaurants.
• Build future leaders with succession plans and development pipelines.
• Strengthen management capability through targeted development with L&D.
• Own the Manager in Training journey with onboarding and coaching.
• Support Operations teams on Employee Relations and performance matters.
• Use talent insights and data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Champion internal progression and promote our people as we grow.
• Be out in the restaurants to understand ground realities and make an impact.
