Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a Talent & Capability Partner to identify, develop and progress talent across our restaurants. You’ll work with Regional Directors, Operations Managers and the People Team to build succession pipelines and leadership capability, ensuring the right people are in place to keep growing.

This field-based role involves regular travel across your region, with a hands-on approach to embedding development, onboarding and performance improvement at restaurant

Qualifications

• Experience in a talent capability operational role, preferably in hospitality or QSR.
• Ability to build succession plans and support internal progression.
• Strong understanding of operational leadership and development.

Responsabilités

• Spot and develop high-potential talent across restaurants.
• Build and maintain succession pipelines with regional ops leaders.
• Strengthen leadership capability with the L&D team.
• Own onboarding, coaching and progression for Manager in Training.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance matters.
• Use talent data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Champion internal progression and promote internal talent.
• Actively engage with restaurant teams to understand ground realities.
