Job summary

St. George’s Nursery Group is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across the East Midlands. You will provide leadership cover, operational support, and help maintain the high standards the group is known for.

The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to travel across multiple sites. A Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred) is required, with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to progress.
• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred).
• Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
• Are adaptable, organised, and confident working across multiple settings.
• Have strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the East Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery settings in the absence of Nursery Managers across the group
• Support teams to maintain outstanding care, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
• Assist with Ofsted readiness, audits, recruitment, and staff development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
• Support operational improvements and maintain consistency across settings
• Act as a role model for St. George’s values, culture, and high-quality practice
