Leaders in Care is recruiting a Regional Support Manager to oversee nursing homes across Central and East Scotland, ensuring high standards of care and strong operational management.

You will lead multiple homes, develop personalised care plans, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, travel across the region, and communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in nursing home management.
• Clinical background, preferably as a registered nurse.
• Willingness to drive and travel across Central and East Scotland.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager to oversee nursing homes across the Scotland, ensuring the highest standards of care and management.

This Regional Manager role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - 65,000 per year, plus an additional £3,000 Car allowance annually.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will:
