Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Stores People Partner to drive region-wide people plans, supporting workforce and succession planning and translating strategic priorities into store-ready actions. The role requires collaboration with Store Managers and regional leadership.

You will travel across the Central & East Midlands region, delivering high-quality people initiatives, improving engagement and capability while ensuring operational readiness across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering people plans within fast-paced, complex organisations.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality execution of the regional people plan across stores.
• Support workforce and talent and succession planning to ensure right people and skills.
• Use data and trends to identify risk stores, diagnose root causes and implement actions.
• Lead cyclical people activities such as performance, engagement, talent and reward initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with Store Managers and operational leaders to translate strategy into actions.
