Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing renewable energy company to recruit a Solar Installation Engineer for a regional South West patch. The role focuses on installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of solar PV systems across the Bristol and South West area, with a company vehicle provided and a clear path to progression.

• Hands-on solar installation experience and strong electrical knowledge.
• 18th Edition qualification and full UK driving licence.
• Ability to diagnose faults and provide technical support on site.

• Install, commission and maintain solar PV systems across the South West
• Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on solar systems
• Provide technical support to customers and installers
• Complete electrical testing and ensure installations meet standards
• Travel to customer sites with a company vehicle and manage diary
